Bar Bounce is an exhilarating cardio fitness class perfect for those new to rebounding as it improves confidence with a stable handle bar to hold onto. Bar Bounce is a high energy, low impact cardio experience that incorporates rebounding exercises and combinations with a handle bar attached to the trampoline which offers stability, security, and versatility to any trampoline exercise. A portion of the class is dedicated to total body strength training. All levels welcome. Come ready to sweat with your indoor sneakers, sweat towel and water! Maximum weight limit is 300lbs.


A high-energy, high-cardio, low impact and super fun & challenging fitness class. You will experience a variation of rebounding exercises and combinations, all-out sprints, and tabata style intervals using the trampoline, the floor and a combination of both. Your heart rate will soar, increasing your cardiovascular health tremendously! Intermediate/Advanced level. We recommend taking a few Bar Bounce classes prior to taking Bounce.
