New Client Info

To ensure the best experience, we ask first-time clients to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, tour the studio, and get ready for class. If you’re 15-18 years old, you’re welcome to join! A parent/guardian must come with you to sign the initial forms. To minimize disruptions, we lock the door when class starts. If you’re running late, please call us ahead of time. For safety reasons, we don’t allow clients in more than 5 minutes after class begins, and late arrivals are not permitted for trampoline classes. If you need to cancel, please do so in advance to avoid fees: classes before 8:00am and all Saturday classes must be canceled by 9:00pm the night before, and all other classes need to be canceled at least 4 hours ahead. Late cancellations incur a $20 fee, and no-shows are charged $28.

We ask that you please reserve your spot through our app (search Freebird Fitness in the app store) or your online account through our website. We like to cap our classes so that the studio room is not over-crowded and so clients can get the most out of every class. If classes are full, we highly recommend adding yourself to the wait list. When a spot opens up, clients on the wait list are given an amount of time to respond and say if they’re attending or not. The amount of time they are given depends on how long until the class begins:

48 hours before class = 12 hours to respond
47 to 13 hours before class = 4 hours to respond
< 13 hours before class = 5 mins to respond

When a spot opens up, you will receive a push notification to your phone alerting you when you can reserve your spot. (Another great reason to download our app!) Please remove yourself from the wait list if you can no longer attend class. Standard cancellation policies apply to the wait list clients when added into a class. We always welcome walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee an opening; therefore, we do not recommend this.

For the workout, just follow the teacher’s instructions, stay in modified positions as needed, and take breaks when you need them. Enjoy the journey! Your class will challenge you, and we’re here to motivate and inspire you every step of the way. We believe in your strength! Your instructor will guide you through the exercises, and if you need help or clarification, just let us know. Our classes are designed to challenge you mentally and physically – that’s how we grow! Keep showing up, and you’ll get stronger each time. You’ll leave class feeling like a rock star! We recommend attending 3-5 classes a week and maintaining a healthy lifestyle outside the studio.

We recommend wearing fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. Please wear indoor sneakers for our trampoline, HIIT & dance cardio classes and barre socks for barre classes. We provide all equipment needed for all of our classes including mats. If you prefer your own mat, you are welcome to bring it. We highly encourage you to bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel.

In true St. Pete fashion, parking is a little tight. Give yourself some extra time to find a parking spot. We have a parking lot around the back of our building that we share with our neighbors, Boho Beauty Bar. You can also park on the alley you drive on to get to our building, as well as, around Historic Round Lake Park or any side streets.

For new clients, we have a 2 week unlimited special. If you are a current NEW client and purchase our VIF (Very Inspiring Freebird) membership prior to your current membership expiration, your first month will be discounted! VIF members receive unlimited access to all classes, advance registration, a membership gift, a 10% discount on retail and events, 1 guest pass per month, waitlist priority and free mat rental. Full-time students get 15% off class packages and memberships (excludes the shared membership). We will need a copy of your student ID emailed to [email protected].

Our memberships are not contractual agreements. Should you need to cancel, we ask that you email us a cancellation request to [email protected] no later than 14 days prior to your billing cycle renewal date. Should you send your notice later than the 14 day requirement, your membership will continue to be active for an additional 2 weeks. We do not refund or extend expiration dates on class packages and class packages can’t be shared. All sales are final.

We can’t wait to meet you, and if you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].
