New Client Info

.For you to receive the best experience with us, we ask that first time clients arrive 15 minutes early so you can fill out necessary paperwork, tour our studio, and prepare for your first class with us. If you are between the ages of 15-18, you are welcome to take a class and join Freebird! We do require that a parent/guardian come in with you to complete the initial paperwork before class. To avoid disruptions, and so that you get the most out of class, we lock the front door at the start of class. If you are running late for class, please call us in advance to let us know. For your safety, we do not allow clients into class more than 5 minutes late. We do not allow late arrivals if it is your first time taking a trampoline class. If you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, please follow our cancellation policy. Classes before 8:00am and ALL Saturday classes need to be canceled before 9:00pm the night before, and all other classes need to be canceled 4+ hours prior to class start time to avoid a late $20 cancellation fee. All no shows will result in a $24 fee.

We ask that you please reserve your spot through our app (search Freebird Fitness in the app store) or your online account through our website. We like to cap our classes so that the studio room is not over-crowded and so clients can get the most out of every class. If classes are full, we highly recommend adding yourself to the wait list. When a spot opens up, clients on the wait list are given an amount of time to respond and say if they’re attending or not. The amount of time they are given depends on how long until the class begins:

48 hours before class = 12 hours to respond
47 to 13 hours before class = 4 hours to respond
< 13 hours before class = 5 mins to respond

When a spot opens up, you will receive a push notification to your phone alerting you when you can reserve your spot. (Another great reason to download our app!) Please remove yourself from the wait list if you can no longer attend class. Standard cancellation policies apply to the wait list clients when added into a class. We always welcome walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee an opening; therefore, we do not recommend this.

As far as the workout itself, just follow the teacher’s instructions and demonstrations, staying in modified positions and taking as many breaks as you feel necessary. Embrace the journey! Your class will present a fun challenge, and we are here to motivate and inspire you to do your very best! We believe in you, and we want to remind you of your inner power! Your instructor will dialogue and demonstrate the exercises to help guide you through the entire class. If at any point you feel like you need assistance or clarification, just raise your hand and your instructor can help you. Our classes will always be challenging, because that’s the way we transform mentally and physically. Keep showing up, you will get stronger and stronger! You will walk out of every class feeling like a total rock star! We recommend attending 3-5 classes a week accompanied by a healthy lifestyle outside of the studio.

We recommend wearing fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. Please wear indoor sneakers for our trampoline, HIIT & dance cardio classes and barre socks for barre classes. We provide all equipment needed for our barre + bounce classes. Please bring your own yoga mat for all other classes. If you do not have a yoga mat, you can rent one from the studio for $2. We highly encourage you to bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel.

If you are new to trampoline fitness, we recommend starting with our Bounce 1.0 class. The trampoline has a handle bar attached to the trampoline which offers stability & security which will improve your confidence on the trampoline!

In true St. Pete fashion, parking is a little tight. Give yourself some extra time to find a parking spot. We have a parking lot around the back of our building that we share with our neighbors, Boho Beauty Bar. You can also park on the alley you drive on to get to our building, as well as, around Historic Round Lake Park or any side streets.

For new clients, we have a 2 week unlimited special. If you are a current NEW client and purchase our VIF (Very Inspiring Freebird) membership prior to your current membership expiration, your first payment will be FREE! VIF members receive unlimited access to all classes, a membership gift, a 10% discount on retail and events, 1 guest pass per month, waitlist priority and free mat rental.
